When the rain eventually stopped we headed out to Muswell Hill as we had an appointment at Clarks. Edward had his feet measured (size 6 H) and chose a rather lovely pair of new shoes.
I’d like to say he was good as gold but he wasn’t. He’s been a grump all day due to his new teeth coming through and didn’t like someone touching his feet. However, he now has new shoes which hopefully will last at least 6 weeks!
A rare smile in what has been a pretty miserable day. This morning Edward woke up at 5.30 and we were up and playing by 6am. He’s been pretty miserable all day, had a 2 hour nap and spent some time enjoying his sandpit and water table.
However, he has a new tooth which gives him a grand total of 8 teeth at 17 months. Mummy doesn’t know how much more teething she can take…
The one saving grace has been some delicious food from the newly expanded Little Angels range from Asda. A detailed review will follow once mummy has had some sleep.
Afternoon nap, making up for the time he was wide awake between 2.30 to 4.30am. Bloomin’ teeth!
